Manna HELPS (Health Essentials, Learning, and Prevention Strategies) is an umbrella program that focuses on health and allows us to care for those in need and guide them toward positive, permanent change. It provides vital resources and services, such as Manna Clothing; a warming center during extreme weather; Shower Power (year-round shower facilities for the homeless); distribution of blankets and personal hygiene items; a free health clinic; case work; and community referral services.
