Manna Café has added to it’s resources as a full-blown food ministry. Today we officially became an agency partner with Second Harvest Food Bank.
This allows Manna Café to purchase food at reduced rates, it allows us more of an opportunity to acquire free food and will eventually allow us to serve a larger area including possibly other counties. With Second Harvest we will be able to stretch donation dollars even further and be even better stewards of the resources God has given us. [i.e. 5lbs of food, or five meals for $1]
Our desire at Manna Cafe Ministries [MCM] is to reach out to the broken and lost in the highways and byways of Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas. Basically, our battle against darkness takes place in the streets. We are geared primarily toward the homeless and poor, as we believe this is the basis of true Christianity.
